Greytip EPIC - Overview

Outsourcing your payroll operations to a consultant is a better solution for many organizations. Employee self-service option is also desirable and a high value-add for such organizations because it improves employee satisfaction, cuts down transaction load, and reduces turn-around times.

Earlier, if a payroll consultant wanted to provide such a service, a huge investment was required for the IT infrastructure, software, dedicated professional IT team, and attendant maintenance costs.

Greytip EPIC provides on-demand payroll publishing service on a SaaS (software as a service) model. Payroll consultants can now use Greytip EPIC to offer their clients employee self service facility, effortlessly. We have lined up a host of software tools to make the entire process very easy and on-demand.

After processing the payroll, payroll consultants use the synchronization tool to transfer payroll publishing data to the EPIC server. Once the payroll data is released for viewing, employees access the self-service application over the web.

EPIC consists of 3 modules:

Key Features - EPIC Synchronizer

EPIC Synchronizer enables transfer of Payroll data between the Payroll Processor and the EPIC servers. This module is installed on the local PCs at the Payroll Processor's end.

One-click data synchronization between local and EPIC databases
Auto download of IT Declarations and Reimbursement Claim data from EPIC servers
The synchronizer software can check for latest updates over the web and update automactically

EPIC Admin enables the Payroll Processor to create and manage various client accounts.

Facility to create new Accounts or disable existing ones
Facility to enable / disable various features for every account
Facility to view client-wise and overall invoices and payment details online

This module enables the Payroll Processor to setup and configure various client accounts.

Setup specific configurations like Logos, Themes, Password Policy, etc
Manage Passwords and Login Accounts
Manage verification and release of Payrolls for employee viewing
Manage process of allowing / disabling posting of IT and FBP Declaration
Employee Query Management
