Training Feedback

Manage the entire process of collecting feedback from employees and collating the data to arrive at meaningful information. Facility is provided to create your own Feedback Form. You can create any number of Feedback Forms and associate them with individual Courses. Each Feedback form can have various categories. Each Category can have questions defined by you and each question can have various response type (Dropdown, Numeric Rating, Check Box and Text). The software will send a mail to employees after the attendance is marked informing them that they need to update the Feedback on the employee self service. The feedback can also be manually updated by you. Reminder mails are sent to employees who have not updated the Feedback. You can generate various Feedback reports that collate the information provided by the employees. Facility is provided to create and collect Effectiveness Feedback for the Courses attended by the employee.
