Selection Process

Manage the entire process of selecting an employee to attend a Course. Salient features include:
  • Filter and fetch employees who have been recommended for the Course
  • Additional filters available based on Recommendation Type and Priority
  • Separate filters available to list recommended employees who have attended and those who have'nt.
  • Facility to maintain a backup list of employees who can be selected in case any employee opts out
  • Following checks available during the selection process
    • Check if an employee is attending other courses during this period
    • Check if employee has attended the required prerequisite courses or attended any disqualifying courses
    • Check if an employee has the prerequisite Skills and Competencies as specified in the qualification criteria.
  • Facility to send a mail to an employee and/or Manager of the employee, who has been selected for the Course
  • Facility to send a reminder mail to employee and Manager "n" days before the Course start, informing them about the Course
Facilities are available on the employee Self Service modules wherein an employee can apply for cancellation of his selection in case he is unable to attend the Course. After the selection process, you can store the Attendance Status of employee. Facility is also provided to store the Attendance Status day-wise. Facility to store a feedback on the employee by the Trainer is also available.
