The manager Self Service module enables Managers to take an active part in the Training and Development process of the employee. The following are the salient features of the module

• Facility for a Manager to view the Course details of his team
• Facility for a Manager to recommend their team members for a Course
• Facility for a Manager to select their team members to a Course
• Facility for a Manager to update the Effectiveness feedback on a Course for their team members
