    • Employee self Recommendation
    • Manager Recommendation
    • Recommendation as part of Training Needs analysis.
  • Specify a priority for each Recommendation - Setup your own priority scheme
  • View and update Recommendations either employee-wise or Course-wise. Further filter by Recommendation Type and priority
  • Collect Recommendations online through the Employee Self Service modules.
