Folklore Payroll provides more than 200+ reports out of the box. Also provided are ad-hoc report generation tools like QueryBuilder & CountPro.

Statutory Reports

All statutory reports are available in the software. The list of reports are given below.

• PF, ESI and Prof. Tax monthly reports
• PF Form 5, PF Form 10, PF Form 12A, PF Form 3A, PF Form 6A

Various ready-to-use reports are available, including:

• Powerful and flexible Payroll Statement with the following features:
  • Facility to select the fields and specify the display order.
  • Facility to specify the set of employees who will be part of the report (filter on employees)
  • Facility to specify the grouping criteria - for e.g. the report to be generated Department wise, with a sub-total for each department and each department to appear on a separate page. All these (whether total is needed, whether to group by Department or Cost-Center, whether needed on each page, etc) are configurable parameters and can be configured by you
  • Facility to create multiple Statements with each having a different set of fields and other criteria
