Some of the sample reports that can be generated using the Query Builder module are listed below. These do not represent all the reports that can be generated and are listed to give an idea on the extensiveness of the module.
  • List of employees who have completed 5 years in the company along with their Location, Department
  • List of employees who birthday falls in the next month along with their Location and Designation
  • List of all Engg. Graduates who have around 8 years of Relevant Experience along with their salaries and Designations (Number of our client this report for doing a salary fitment and during the offer process)
  • List of employees who have worked on a set of projects and possessing a specified set of skills, along with their current project details and when they would be available.
  • List of all promotions that have happened in a given period
  • List of all employees who have atleast a "Exceeds Expectation" rating in the last two appraisals
  • List of all employees who report to a specified Manager
  • List of all Trouble Tickets posted by employees along with Posted Date, Closure Date and Time taken for closure

  • Average Cost to Company of employees by Department / Location / Cost Center or combination of three. Apart from average you can also take data on Minmum CTC or Maximum CTC.
