Reminders & Alerts

One of the strengths of Folklore is its ability to configure and generate various Reminders and Alerts. These can be either pre-built or can be configured by the user.

The module will send a mail to the recipients (HR Users, Employees and / or Managers) using the existing mailing system. Users have a provision to modify the template of these mails.

Some of the commonly available Alerts are listed below

• Absent alert to employee
• Continuous Absent Alert to Manager and HR
• Alert to Manager on pending Regularization / OT applications
• Alerts to HR on employees crossing a preset limit of OT Hours
• Alerts to employees on mismatched swipes
