Folklore provides for a comprehensive set of features for employee Overtime (OT) Management.

  • Pre-OT - OT Approvals happen and actual Overtime work is done based on this Approval
  • Post-OT - OT Approvals happen after the actual Overtime work is done
  • Auto-OT - OT Approvals are done automatically for certain Shifts where the working hours are extended
• You can configure various business rules for OT Eligibility - Based on type of employees, minimum hours to be worked, OT Slabs, etc.
