Manual Entry Facility

Folklore Attendance can read data from a variety of sources. Apart from this, there are facilities to manually update swipe information.

• You can update information on Gate Pass and permissions availed by employees.
• You can manually post Swipes for employees who have forgotten their cards or who have missed swiping.
• You can import Swipe data from an Excel file
• You can post swipes for employees of a particular Shift in case of failure of Swipe Readers
• You can override some of the system calculated values like OT, Late Coming, Early Leaving, Total Hours, etc.
