Manager Self Service

A major challenge in setting up an Attendance Software is to ensure that data that is originated on the Shop Floor is informed to HR, who can then act on it.

To address this challenge, we have created the Manager Self Service module. This module enables a Manager to directly update changes to an employees Attendance data in the software. This ensures that the information is captured in a timely manner and eliminates a lot of paper flow and inefficiencies in the process.

Folklore Attendance

The Manager Self Service module enables a manager to

  • View the Attendance information of his team members
  • View the list of all team members who have swiped, thus eliminating a manual count at the beginning of the Shift
  • Mark Attendance on behalf of team members
  • Update Shift changes done for the Team Members. Options are available to do this individually or in bulk.
  • Update OT Hours for the team members
  • Approve Regularization and OT Requests online
