Employee Self Service

The power of the Attendance module is its ability to take the data from the point of origin to the consumer of the data in a easy and seamless fashion.

The Employee Self Service options enables the employees to view their Attendance data on a daily basis. The information that is available currently on a monthly basis (as part of payslip) is now available on-demand. Every employee can login and see his entire attendance data till date.

The Employee Self Service module consists of the following features

• Employees can view their Attendance Data on a daily basis. This includes Shifts, Attendance status, Late In, Hours Worked, OT Approved, etc.
• Employees can view their Shift Calendars online
• Employees can apply for Regularization of Attendance online and get it approved, totally cutting down the work of HR.
• Employees can apply for OT online

For Blue collar workers, kiosks can be setup on the Shop Floor to enable employees to login and access the software.
