- I can describe FOLKLORE as "All IN ONE". What I exactly mean is, It is everything for a HR Dept. 90% of the HR works can be done in this software. We are using HRIS & Payroll both for past one & half year, and it has made both the departmentts (HR and Finance) to work online. As we use to have lot of paper transactions, after Folklore installation we have really stopped paper works and using MS Excel to the maximum. We have more than 3000 staff and on an average every month 60 additions with high attrition. It was really a hectic job to keep a track of all the employee details but Folklore has helped us to have a track of all the staff information from Interview to exit. And of course I should be thankful to the staff (Bangalore) for providing us an excellent service. Any time I post a ticket with a problem or give a call they get back to me immediately to solve the problem. I wish FOLKLORE to innovate new things and expand its services to the greatest.
